What truly sets Snowbowls apart are the delectable offerings crafted from high-quality ingredients. Customers rave about the creamy shaved snow that serves as the heart of their menu. Imagine flavors that transport you from rich chocolate to the nostalgic taste of ube, all beautifully presented and begging to be savored. Lawrence Liu beautifully expresses this in his review, noting the creative presentation and premium toppings like Japanese Pocky sticks that further enhance the experience. Each bite is a delightful combination of silky texture and vibrant flavor, designed to delight both the eyes and the taste buds.

For the adventurous palate, there’s also the heavenly affogato — a clever play on the classic dessert featuring chocolate shaved ice topped with a rich espresso shot. Mandy Guo describes it as “creamy and delicious,” a perfect treat for those sweltering summer days that the Philippines is known for. And if you fancy local flavors, mango and ube are standout choices that will leave you longing for more.

The ice cream is not to be missed either, with a texture that is uniquely rich and reminiscent of fluffy ice shavings, as Anthony Dagostino enthusiastically points out. He suggests taking advantage of the incredible value before prices rise, making it a must-visit spot for anyone wanting to indulge without breaking the bank.

Snowbowls has expertly and creatively crafted its unique take on Taiwanese shaved snow dessert. The shaved snow is made with creamy milk and comes in a variety of flavors. The menu options consisting of chocolate and fruity flavors, such as Oreo and ube, are well thought out and creatively presented. The ingredients consist of high quality, premium imported snacks such as Japanese Pocky sticks or Chips Ahoy cookies. The joint also now offers Frappuccino drinks with real espresso and bubble waffle desserts with various delicious toppings. As with other Snowbowls locations, the signature ceiling light display is impressive in its own right. Highly recommended!

One of a kind ice cream experience. I have spoken with the owner many many times, and for now, their secret is safe. They also have not begun to charge the true value of their product, which is easily worth 500 pesos per serving, so take advantage now, while the price is low, and I mean really low. They serve fresh made ice cream, that is formed similar to ice shavings, only much richer. They only use top shelf products and create incredible flavor combinations, usually accompanied by a cholate drizzled waffer for an added crunch. If there is any taste of Cebu that you absolutely must not miss, this is it. If/when they open up shop in one of the major hotels in Las Vegas, where they can charge 10 dollars a pop, this little shop will vanish, because they will know how undersold they have been for all these years. I hope they stay forever, and I hope they remain at such a great price point, because they will make me go broke if they raise their prices any time soon. For an idea, you get a huge serving of fresh made ice cream, topped with oreo cookies or m&m's (no local off brands) for less than 150 pesos........an absolute steal of a deal. If you have not tried this place, dont miss out of a one of a kind experience any longer!

This place was perfect for a hot summer day in the Philippines. I tried their affogato which was chocolate shaved ice with a shot of expresso (not pictured because I ate it too quickly) which was creamy and delicious! They also had so many other flavors to choose from but we decided to give the local flavors a try. We got mango and ube which of course was equally delicious. Not only do they have amazing shaved ice but their decor is amazing! The lights changes color!! Check out this spot if you’re visiting from another country or a local looking for good vibes or just looking for a quick cool down from the heat. Pro tip: take your date here after dinner, you both will truly enjoy this spot ;)

The place is cozy enough to make you feel like you are in a garden. It's cold, and it is somehow comfortable. I just can't understand how the serving works because we thought that our ice cream would be in a plate but it was in a cup. Nevertheless, it's good try for us. p.s. the vast choices of ice cream can overwhelm you, so be prepared for what you want.
